Welcome online deal lovers! Here are the steps to redeeming your voucher…
1. Create an account at www.thepushhouse.com under the “MEMBERS” tab. Make sure to ‘Opt In’ to our emails to receive the receipt for verification that your voucher is active.
2. Email your voucher (Groupon – the number right below the bar code) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Hang out for 24-48 hours while we apply your voucher to your account. We’ll email you when it’s ready!
4. Schedule your classes via the online scheduler found on the ‘Members’ tab at www.thepushhouse.com
***You’ll need to input your credit card information. This does not mean you’re being charged for the classes you’ve already purchased. We require a credit card to be on file in the event that you miss your class (or don’t cancel at least 12 hours before the class.) We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. $15 charge if you cancel via the online scheduler within 12 hours of your reserved class. $20 charge if you don’t cancel online and just don’t show up.***
5. Come to your scheduled class 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver, buy grip socks (if you don’t already have a pair), and get instructions on how to use the Allegro 2 Reformer (our fancy machine). FYI…grip socks are required for safety and sanitary reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS. We wouldn’t want anyone to slip off the machines!
We recommend scheduling your classes in advance as they tend to fill up. However, you’re always welcome to ‘drop in’ on a class. We hold reserved spots for 5 minutes after the class start time. After that, the spot may be given to a standby client. However, if it’s your first class, you must arrive 15 minutes early. For your own safety and to keep from distracting fellow clients, you will not be allowed to participate in class if you are late, and you will be charged a Late Cancel fee.
A few things to remember about your online deal: Limit 2 per person, may buy multiple as gifts. Limit 1 per visit. New clients only. Must activate by the expiration date on voucher.
Classes with 3 or fewer clients may be cancelled.
